• The Oberoi Philae shall not operate during the period from May 30th, 2023 till July 04th, 2023 due to maintenance works.
• The Oberoi Philae Luxury Nile Cruiser is unable to accommodate children under the age of seven years as the vessel is not designed for very young children.
• There could be safety concerns for very young children.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the actions of their children at all times.
• Children must occupy a separate cabin which will be charged at the normal rate. 

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund of payment will be given if cancellation is received before 181 days prior to check in date.
• 15% of the whole cruise amount will be charged if cancellation is received from 180 to 121 days prior to check in date.
• 50% of the whole cruise amount will be charged if cancellation is received 120 to 91 days prior to check in date.
• Full amount of the cruise will be charged if cancellation is received less than 90 days prior to check in date.
